Pay:
- $20-23/hr depending on experience
The ideal candidate will be:
- Motivated, self driven
- Punctual and have great attendance
- Able to learn quickly and anticipate what happens next
- Detail oriented
- Able to multitask- answer phones, greet patients and visitors, order medical records, upload files and information, provide updates to Physicians
- Have front and back office experience
- Washington State Certified - Medical Assistant
- Comfortable with working in multiple systems
- Experienced in a physician's office or other medical facility

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8hr day shift
Job Duties:
- Front Office Duties include but are not limited to answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, coordinating care with other healthcare providers, home health agencies and caregivers.
- Educate and Guide Patient Care in a Caring Competent Manner
- Establish and Maintain Positive and Productive Relationships
- Create professional, trustworthy, compassionate relationships with patients
- Create good relationships with other providers, pharmacies, and specialties
- Quarterback Communications Across Colleagues
- TigerConnect and Microsoft TEAMS to communicate with other team members
- Schedule Patients
- Schedule new patients and follow-up appointments
- Make follow- up calls to patients
- Send new patient packets inclusive of medical history questionnaire with consent forms. Review for accuracy when returned
- Manage Patient Data in the EMR
- Scan/Upload faxed or mailed correspondence to patient charts
- Log patient information into EMR. Record vitals into each patient’s chart, adjust and update medication lists, update contracts and consent forms, update demographics information and insurance info, log UA results into flow sheet.
- Review Patient Charts Carefully for Physician Orders
- Manage Patient Prescriptions
- Check PMP
- Call in prescriptions for patients
- Verify Benefits and Eligibility
- Pre-Populate faxes for provider signatures
- Coordinate prior authorizations for medications, medical equipment, appointments and referrals
