Pay: $50/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
Express Healthcare Professionals is looking for a full-time RN to work as a Nurse Care Manager in Seattle, WA!
Job Description:
This is a full-time, permanent role with great benefits! The ideal candidate will be passionate and caring, and will complete the following tasks:
- Review skilled nursing care plans and daily nursing notes to make sure they properly assess needs of clients, meet standards of the agency, and are in hands available for timely processing for billing, and available for filing in charts
- Work with Scheduler to troubleshoot on missing nursing notes for Specialty Pharmacy compliance, schedules gaps and new hires.
- Onboard, orient and train nurses and set up training schedules that best fit needs
- Complete monthly supervisory visits to skilled clients to make sure client concerns are addressed and nurses are compliant with client’s needs. Work with Nurse Lead to ensure all clients are fully staffed and fill-in for shifts when unable to find coverage.
